FAQs
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to attend the programme?
The course is open to anyone aged 18 years or over (or younger with the support of a responsible adult)
Where can I contact the organiser with any questions?
If you have further questions, please get in touch using one of the options on our Connect page.
What if there is a week I can’t make it?
If I know you can’t make it on a particular week, I can ensure that you still receive notes for that week (coaching weeks don’t usually include notes). If it’s a critical week for you, it might be worth booking a one-to-one session to cover the content you won’t be able to make.
Can I pay by…?
The default payment mechanism is credit card, but if you’d rather pay by bank transfer, then drop me a note, and we’ll arrange it.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available right up until you’ve attended the first session – just let us know within two days after you’ve attended.
Naturally, if I have to cancel the course, you will receive a full refund, and I will give you as much notice as I can.
Are there formal terms and conditions?
There are; you can read them here. If there’s anything that doesn’t make sense or you’re unsure of, please do ask.
What size is the class? What if there aren’t enough people to run the course?
The course is run with a group of at least four people. Technically there isn’t a maximum size but typically it’s fewer than twenty. If we don’t get at least four people booking the course, then I will move or cancel the course (and any fees already paid will, of course, be refunded in full!)
Is the course suitable for those with illness?
Naturally, we aren’t providing clinical advice on the programme (this can only come from registered medical professionals) – and you are entirely responsible for any changes you make. That said, if your medical professional is agreeable, you’re welcome to attend.
Often healthy changes to lifestyle can support the management or recovery of a range of disorders. Do speak with Mark if you’re unsure whether the programme is appropriate for you.
What are the computer / technical requirements to attend?
This online programme uses the computer conferencing software Microsoft Teams, it’s free to use as an attendee and runs on all major computers, tablets (e.g. iPads, Android tablet) and smartphones (e.g. iPhone and Android phone) – although it’s often helpful to have a larger screen than those on a smartphone.
Mark will send the link you click to join – and usually, it’s the same link for all twelve sessions.
Everyone is welcome!
In whatever way you would describe yourself, by race, ethnicity, gender pronoun, ability, age, or anything else – if you are human, open to learning, and accepting of others, you are welcome on the programme.
